Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is incorrect
  • Product packaging is tampered

The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide photo or video proof of the damaged product.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Consumable wellness products

Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued through the original payment method

Replacement Option

Customers may also request a replacement instead of a refund.
